Over Mountains

Over Mountains

Do you ever wonder
Why we're in this world?
Flies caught in this web
Of material confusion?
Do you really think
You'd be satisfied
At the end of time?
Sure you will. That's how
it's supposed to be.

Forty years of suicide,
All for a life that lied.

Let me take you flying
Over mountains and hills.
We could be children again
Without a single care.
Let me take you to a place
Where no one but God
Is watching us, watching us.

Do you ever dream
Of being young again?
To run around free
In nature's perfect world?
I've seen you curse the world
And its false majesty.
"There's no way out," you say,
"so I'll have to let it be."

Are we really trapped
In this life?
Or can we evade
this pointless strife?

Let me take you flying
Over mountains and hills.
We could be children again
Without a single care.
Let me take you to a place
Where no one but God
Is watching us, watching us.

Andrew is on the point of releasing his third CD, an album called 'Unconditional'. You can hear samples of it by going to the link in the side panel of my blog, Andrew Gorny. This link goes to a MySpace music site, where you can listen to some of the songs in full length from his upcoming CD.

The song that plays on my blog is from his second CD album, "If Only They Knew." This CD is out of print (SOLD OUT), and so is his debut CD "Six Steel Voices."

If you'd like copies of his earlier CDs, I suggest contacting him thru his website. His newest CD should be available soon. Again, for info visit his website thru the link in my blog side panel.
